Powering On
- Plug the elliptical into a power outlet.
- The console will turn on automatically.
Position Yourself
- Grip the stationary handlebars for stability while getting on.
2. Navigating the Console
The Advanced Console offers various workout options, including:

- Press the Quick Start button to begin.

- Select a program (Fat Burn, Cardio, Random, Hill Climb, etc.).
- Enter details such as age, weight, and workout duration.

- Use the resistance buttons to increase or decrease intensity.
