    Powering On

    • Plug the elliptical into a power outlet.
    • The console will turn on automatically.

    Position Yourself

    • Grip the stationary handlebars for stability while getting on.

    2. Navigating the Console

    The Advanced Console offers various workout options, including:
    Quick Start – Start immediately with manual controls.

    3. Starting a Workout

    Option 1: Quick Start Mode

    • Press the Quick Start button to begin.
    • The pedals will start moving as you push forward.
